Crane Saturday Night Specials are hydraulic and solid mechanical lifter cam kits for rules-limited oval track racing and ET bracket drag racing applications. For oval track racing they produce maximum off-the-corner torque, with strong upper rpm horsepower to pull the straight-aways. For drag racing they produce maximum torque for starting line launch and the upper rpm power to pull through the gears. These cam kits, depending on part number, contain a Crane cam, 16 anti-pump up hydraulic of mechanical (solid) lifters, stock diameter valve springs and steel spring retainers. SB-Chevy kits contain stock diameter, single coil H-11 tool steel racing valve springs.
